Before you can submit a skin to the Stardock Library you must first register an account with us. The benefits of the account (in time) will allow you to update your skins and their data via an online skin manager.  You will also be able to update your personal information as well (email, logo, etc). Though the skin manager is not available yet it will be soon.  So please bear with us while we are in the process of enhancing our skin library.
